Dutch Customer Care Advisor (Athens based)

👩‍💼 Your responsibilities

- Identify customers' needs to diagnose and resolve problems

- Solve customer queries and concerns regarding the company's products, as well as deliveries, returns, and refunds

- Cross-sell and upsell additional products

- Handle calls from customers who have ordered or bought products

- Assist with 'click and collect orders

✅ Your profile

- Excellent communication skills in Dutch

- Fluent in English (B2)

- Good computer skills

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

- Knowledge of the sports industry and e-commerce environment is a plus, but not required

- Advantageous if the applicant has a passion for sportswear, likes sports, or participates in sports themselves
